At itsfinished.com, we’re here for the heartbreak moments — the silence after the chaos, the tears behind closed doors and the often painful process of putting the pieces back together.

Our Mission

itsfinished.com exists to provide compassionate, accessible and practical support to individuals navigating the emotional aftermath of heartbreak, separation, divorce, bereavement and domestic abuse. Our mission is to create a safe, non-judgemental space for healing — offering guidance, resources and community to help people put the pieces back together, one step at a time.

Our Vision

We imagine a world where no one going through the heartbreak of losing a relationship feels alone. We’re here to offer gentle support and early guidance — especially for those struggling with overwhelming thoughts or feelings. Our hope is to gently hold space for people as they begin to heal, helping them rediscover a sense of connection, purpose and peace.

Healing is easier when you're not alone. We foster a supportive, uplifting environment where connection can spark recovery.

Our Founder

I've been where you are. That's why I built this.

I’m Tracey — founder of itsfinished.com and a therapist in training. I set this site up in 2002 originally to support people going through divorce, and it has grown from there into something I’m incredibly proud of.

I am divorced, and since losing both of my parents I have been through various heartbreaks, including domestic violence. I believe that when we are at our most vulnerable, we are more likely to end up in narcissistic or abusive relationships and it takes real strength to build resilience, heal and identify the red flags that break those patterns.

I bring you this work because I hope to prevent others from going through the level of trauma I have experienced. This is built from personal experience. And when I say I understand what trauma feels like, I mean it.

Let’s rebuild our lives together. 💜
