itsfinished.com was founded in 2002 from lived experience of heartbreak, domestic violence and the long road back to feeling whole. Since then, we’ve helped hundreds of thousands of people put the pieces back together.
We’re here for the heartbreak moments — the silence after the chaos, the tears behind closed doors, and the often painful process of rebuilding your life and sense of self.

Our Founder
I’m Tracey — founder of itsfinished.com and a therapist in training. I set this site up in 2002 originally to support people going through divorce, and it has grown from there into something I’m incredibly proud of.
Divorced, and since losing both of my parents, I have been through various heartbreaks, including domestic violence. I believe that when we are at our most vulnerable, we are more likely to end up in narcissistic or abusive relationships and it takes real strength to build resilience, heal and identify the red flags that break those patterns.
I bring you this work because I hope to prevent others from going through the level of trauma I have experienced. This is built from personal experience. And when I say I understand what trauma feels like, I mean it.
Let’s rebuild our lives together. 💜
