YOUR THERAPIST
I've been where you are. That's why I do this work.
I'm Tracey - founder of itsfinished.com and a psychotherapist in training, working under full professional supervision. I've personally experienced heartbreak, domestic violence, narcissistic abuse and the long road back to feeling whole again.
I didn't just study this. I lived it. That lived experience, combined with my formal training and supervised practice, means I can offer something most therapists can't - I genuinely understand what you're going through, because I've been there.|
Sessions with me are £25, making professional therapeutic support accessible to people who might otherwise go without. Every session is overseen by a fully qualified practitioner, so you get the benefit of experienced oversight at a price that works for real life.

Whatever brought you here, there is support for it
Heartbreak & relationship breakdown
Breakups, divorce and separation can shatter your sense of self. Therapy helps you process the loss, understand your patterns and rebuild from clarity rather than pain.
Narcissistic abuse & toxic relationships
If you've left a relationship feeling confused or like you've lost yourself — that's not an accident. Therapy helps you untangle what happened and reclaim your identity.
Domestic violence recovery
Recovering from abuse takes time and the right support. Therapy offers a confidential, non-judgemental space to begin feeling safe and grounded again.

Jon - social confidence with dating
"I've never tried any form of therapy before and Tracey was really patient with me. I am working really hard on improving my social confidence and so far I am enjoying the sessions. I think I've probably been a tough client because I don't sit still for long!"
Liz - Breakup support
"I wanted some support in knowing that I've made the right decision and to have confidence in going ahead alone after a very painful breakup. I felt really calm and relaxed after each session and helped give me real clarity over my personal goals and direction."

FAQs
Psychotherapy goes deeper than talk therapy or counselling. Rather than simply discussing what has happened, it works at the level of how your experiences are stored in the body and nervous system. Sessions are client-driven — meaning the process follows you, not a script. The shifts that happen come from within, guided gently rather than directed. This makes psychotherapy particularly effective for relationship trauma, where the impact often lives below the level of conscious thought.
Rather than staying in the story of what has happened, sessions gently guide you to connect with how those experiences are held within you. Often, emotional reactions that feel overwhelming in the present are linked to earlier experiences that have never been fully processed.
Through guided processes, you are supported to explore these responses safely, understand where they come from and begin to release their intensity. As this happens, many people experience a sense of relief, clarity and a shift in how they respond to situations that once felt difficult or triggering.
This work supports you not only in moving through your healing process, but in creating deeper, lasting change by addressing the root of trauma held within the body.
This work may be right for you if you are feeling stuck after a relationship, struggling to move on or noticing the same patterns repeating in your life. It can also support you if you are recovering from a toxic or abusive relationship and want to rebuild your confidence and sense of self. If you are ready to understand yourself more deeply and begin making lasting changes, psychotherapy can provide the support and structure to help you move forward.
Tracey is a psychotherapist in training, which means she is working towards her full qualification — but this does not mean you receive lesser care. All trainee psychotherapists must complete a supervised cohort of clients before being granted fully qualified status. This is a standard and required part of the profession. Tracey is fully insured, works under regular clinical supervision from a qualified practitioner, and uses exactly the same therapeutic processes as a fully qualified therapist. T
