Moving On
Getting to this section means something. It means you have done — or are doing — the hard work. You have survived something that was never supposed to happen to you, begun to understand it and started the process of finding your way back to yourself.
This section is about what comes next. Not survival. Not recovery. The part after that — where you rediscover who you are without someone else defining it, learn to enjoy your own company again and, when you are ready, open yourself to the possibility of something genuinely different.
There is no timeline here. No pressure. Some people arrive at this point six months after leaving. Others take years. Both are completely valid. What matters is that you are moving in the right direction, towards a life that feels like yours again and eventually, if you want it, towards a love that is real.
