Heartbreak Workshop: Recovery to Discovery

A Gentle Space to Be Seen, Heard, and Begin Again

Are you going through a breakup or loss of somebody that mattered deeply to you?
Are you struggling to cope with your emotions, come to terms with your loss or let go?
Are you desperate to release your pain, find a way forward and rediscover yourself?

The process of grieving can be complex and confusing. It takes courage to open ourselves to others again.

This workshop is not about “fixing” you — but to give you space to feel and learn techniques for releasing emotion and to rediscover your strength, softness and sense of self.

This Workshop Is For You If You Want To:

  • Understand that you’re not alone — that heartbreak is human and connecting with others helps to heal
  •
  • Honour the waves of pain and release that come with letting go
  •
  • Celebrate the progress you’ve already made
  •
  • Develop a toolkit for moving forward, managing your emotions and create a positive outlook for your future

Why Join?

“I discovered that my boyfriend, the man I was due to marry, had been seeing someone else. The breakup was brutal and sudden. In my desperation, I turned to tarot readers, confided in friends, and sought advice from anyone who would listen – but nothing was going to bring him back. Deep down, I knew he wasn’t good for me anyway.

The pain was unbearable, and I soon realised that my friends could only listen for so long – and none of them truly understood what I was going through. What I craved was a community of people who did understand, and a safe space where I could express myself without judgement.

I needed to release my pain and build a practical toolkit to help me navigate the months ahead, so I could stay focused on what really mattered – my family, my friends, and my business.

That’s why I’ve created this workshop, alongside my colleagues Liz and Ibtisam – to offer you the kind of understanding, support, and tools I wish I’d had during that time. I am so excited to meet you at this, our first heartbreak workshop, and to be able to support you through your heartbreak.

We’ve got this!!!”

This immersive workshop is a mix of: sharing, self-reflection, gentle body-based practices and creative expression……with  others on similar paths.

If you have recently been through a heartbreak as you have broken up with your other half, regardless of the length of the relationship or the form that the breakup came – whether it was amicable or a complete shock to the system, then this workshop if for you!

You are free to choose which activities to take part in and there will be quiet space for you if you wish to take some time out during the day.
